v0.4.2: The Heroes Update

So you may have thought the next update would be the Domains Update or the Spellcasting Update.  But here we are, and it's something entirely different!  Frankly, I just had a lot of different updates piling on through various playtests and I felt it had finally reached a point where I could just upload a whole new update.  And boy howdy is it big!

This update is the first one to add new Domains, throwing in Faith, Ice, and Life.  Aside from that, it's mostly a series of smaller changes (aside from Burrowing being removed and Tremorsense becoming its own Trait).
